Awards!

Well these ladies sure know how to make my day. I've gotten this award before but was given it again by the sweet Dorothy at http://dorothyscreationss.blogspot.com She is so cute and I just am so thrilled to work with her...

I also was given this award by Nani at http://chroniclesofnani.blogspot.com/ another sweet and generous designer. I sure love meeting these wonderful women!

I know I've missed a few awards and I'm so sorry I didn't get those up. lol. So bad I know! Also forgot to get this up... figured I'd throw it in this post as well..

Lisa has tagged me, along with several others, so maybe it's time I do this. lol. Her link is http://aleahsmommy.blogspot.com/and she's got some fun things to look at on her site. :)

Here are the rules:
1. Link your tagger and list these rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird.
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.
4. Let them know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

7 facts about me

1. My husband and I have been married 8 years.
2. I dealt with infertility for a long time... and then within a 3 year period I had three beautiful babies! Go figure! lol.
3. My first born son was premature, 3 lbs 11 oz.
4. My daughter was born on my son's due date a year later.
5. I have a 1 year old son. Go ahead and do the math if you like, that means my kids are 4, 3 and 1. :)
6. I have only created digital scrapkits for a few months.
7. I am 6 feet tall and the shortest of the 4 kids in my family. (Hubby is 6'3 and also the shortest child of 7). And yes, our kids are *tall*.

Shoot, got to the end of this post and can't think straight. So if you are reading this ha... tag you're it! Let's find out 7 facts about you!!!

Preview and some awesome tags!

Well week 3 went really well in the competition and I've moved on to round 4... I'm not in it for blood or anything but rather enjoying the challenge and seeing the response to what I design. That being said this week was tough, we are supposed to do a kit with whatever style we like, any color pallet. I have too many things knocking around in my brain so I sat down with a color pallet I enjoyed, a bunch of grunge overlays, and created. I'm actually pleased with the outcome, I will load it up tomorrow.

In other news some friends of mine have used my kit from week 3 to make tags and goodness are they gorgeous or what!! They are both two of the most talented taggers, I sure appreciate these girls (laughing... they may be surprised to know that). I am working on some layouts and hoping to get some from my CT team once we get organized, it's been nuts around here lately so that's still in the works. Be on the lookout for my kit tomorrow by the way, it will be free for a limited time!

The first is by Kit, it's so amazing!

This one is by Sunf, she blows me away that girl

New Tag

Here is a new tag I created with my kit. I may write a tutorial on it. Another tutorial writer also has asked for permission to use this kit so I am hoping to have the link to that for you soon too.

Busy little me

Okay so I've been going like mad making several new kits for collabs for my stores... meaning I can't show you the kits yet as they aren't released. Oops! I do however have extras from my kits and will be getting a freebie up for you soon. I'll let you know where the kits are and previews and such when the time comes. I'm also working on a collab that will be absolutely free and available over many different blogs... so fun!

Here is a tease of a new kit that will be coming out probably beginning of October... I hate to wait. This kit will be 18 papers and 30 elements... and I have a word art extra that will also be for sale that you'll have to wait to see (and it's so cute!) This art is so darling, it's from the talented Leah.

Had to give you an update and no, haven't dropped off the face of the earth. Just busy creating. :)
